At Ekaterina Med Spa, we reserve dedicated appointment times specifically for each client to provide the highest quality care and treatment experience. We kindly ask all clients to respect our scheduling policies.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. Changes may be made by phone, text message, or through our booking system.

Laser Hair Removal Cancellation Policy

Laser Hair Removal appointments require preparation, reserved treatment time, and equipment scheduling.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a $150 cancellation fee.
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full cancellation fee and may be required to prepay future appointments.
• Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may require shortening or rescheduling the session while the scheduled fee still applies.

Esthetician Services Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to facials, chemical peels, deep pore cleansing, skin rejuvenation treatments, and other esthetician services.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in a $99 cancellation fee.
• No-show appointments may be charged the full reserved service fee.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.

Electrolysis Cancellation Policy

Electrolysis appointments are reserved individually to maintain treatment consistency and scheduling availability.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
• Clients who miss appointments without notice may be required to prepay future electrolysis sessions.
• Arriving late may reduce treatment time while the full appointment fee remains applicable.

Emergency & Courtesy Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of management.

Payment Authorization

By scheduling an appointment with Ekaterina Med Spa, clients authorize the spa to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file when policy terms are not met.
