To ensure smooth scheduling and high-quality service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to respect our cancellation policy.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. You can cancel or reschedule via phone, text, or our booking system.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service price. Repeated no-shows may result in pre-payment required for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule. Full service fee still applies.
